What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be calculated based on your total purchase and location. You can see it at checkout before completing your purchase. You can also calculate it by entering your postal code in the shipping calculator.

Can I pick up my order at a pick-up point?
Yes, you can pick up your order for free at Casa Alfonza. When making your purchase and selecting the Pick-Up Point option, you will see detailed information about the location. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. In general, it takes between 3 and 10 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times do not account for holidays.
Do you want to receive your Alfonza outside of Argentina?
If you’re in another country and want to purchase our products, email us at [email protected]. We’ll check shipping options and do our best to get your Alfonza to you. We ship to Uruguay, and you can select this option at checkout when placing your order. You can also contact us to coordinate the details.
What is the status of your order?
You can check your order status by logging into My Account on our website or following the link sent to your email upon purchase:
• Pending: Your products are reserved, but payment has not been registered yet, so the purchase is not completed.
• Payment Approved: Your payment has been confirmed, and your order is ready for processing.
• Dispatched: Your order is on its way to the selected delivery address.
• Dispatched to Store: Your order is on its way to the selected store. You will receive an email notification once it arrives, and you will have 10 days to pick it up.
• Ready for Pickup: Your order is ready for pickup at the store. You must bring your ID and order number. If someone else is picking it up for you, they must be authorized by the order holder and present their ID.
• Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
• Canceled: Your order has been canceled because payment was not registered.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we issue invoices, but only Type B invoices. We do not issue Type A invoices. If you need a Type B invoice, it will be included with your order. If you have any additional questions about invoicing, feel free to contact us.
You can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase and complete it in one of the following ways:
The product must be properly packaged and in the same condition in which it was received to prevent damage during transport and ensure it can be accepted. If the item is damaged, dirty, or not in perfect condition, the exchange will be canceled, and the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
In this case, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs related to the exchange.
If the return is due to a shipping error or a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs both ways.
Once we receive the items, we will verify that everything is in order and contact you to coordinate the next steps.
